Description
Custom designed physical theatre rehearsal space with multi-functional capability. Building is colourbond metal clad, plywood lined and soundproofed metal framed structure with concrete floor. The space has an air circulation system for cooling and gas heating.

Suitable Uses
Physical Theatre, aerial performance, acrobatics, performing arts, rehearsal studio, film and TV studio, presentations, event space. The venue is not licensed as a Place of Public Entertainment. Public events will require the relevant authority approvals ie. PoPE license.

Two loading doors on eastern and southern side of building. Access to 4m and 7.5m wide.

500mm Aluminum Box Truss (550mm outside to outside). 20m one run - from North to South attached at North wall. Other rigging points available on I-beams.
