Studio One is a very sought after location for film and photography. Located on the 3rd floor of building 19 at 91 Canal Road, Lilyfield, the rustic interior and spectacular views offer content creators a rare setting. The location can have its challenges for certain styles of shoots, but the on-camera aesthetic outweighs logistical compromises.

Access notes and vehicle capacity: The Studio is on level 3 of our building and can only be accessed by 2 elevators (one 4 tonne capacity, the other 3 tonne). There are 4 fire exit stairwells that can be used to exit the site if required. Due to site security, a pass is required for elevator use. 1 pass is provided to hirers. The Studio is wheelchair accessible with no steps required to get into/out of the studio.
Amenities: There is 1 accessible toilet available on level 3 in the Studio space. All other amenities are on the ground floor about 2 mins walk away.
Clients have ranged from student photographers through to large film studios.
Notes on the 91 Canal Road Site
We get many enquiries regarding use of the 91 Canal Road site as a location. We are unfortunately unable to authorise activity on site outside of the Red Box and Studio One, however we are able to facilitate a discussion with the appropriate parties. Due to the sensitive nature of other site tenants, it is best to begin these discussions at least 8 weeks in advance.
