Our ever-popular Open Industry Training is on once more! Led by Legs Artistic Director Joshua Thomson - this week you may be in for quite a treat!

These classes are open to all physical training backgrounds, with no registration or payment required (donations welcome).

Doors open at 9:30am for warm up, class runs from 10am-11am.
